my name is riama i m 29 yr. old and mother of 1 child frm last 2 yr. i m just putting on wieght.my current weighgt is79 kg.i cant stop my sweettooth.i cant stay without sweet . i m a housewife i need your help for my diet proogram...i m not awer abt the colories . i dont know how much i need regulary plz dr. help me
