We will follow three basics - excellence of ingredients, simplicity of preparation, and respect for natural flavours. Each week we fashion a new twist. We bust the book of rules. | | Seema Chandra Seema has been in the Food space for over a decade. She designed NDTVs first cookery portal NDTVCooks.com and then had a good run as an anchor of the long running show called Good Food on NDTV's 24x7. She's travelled the world sampling food on tv, and after that has worked behind the scenes as the Food Editor on the food shows on NDTV Good Times. After standing shoulder to shoulder with chefs from around the world, she is now back on air as a tv anchor, this time cooking herself with her friends, Guilt free food.
Seema began her career in the television world, when it was barely seen as a career. Way back in 1992, she started as a researcher in 1992, then went on to reporting for The India Show and then graduated to being producer of India's first Car and bike series, The Road Show on Star Plus. She joined NDTV in 2000. | |
