Garlic and Ice Cream don’t gel but it’s extraordinary! Ginger is unusual but quite nice. Green Chilly is owwh! It has the bite and tastes like green chillies, pretty good.

There is also a strong whisky-flavoured ice cream that’s incredible. Don’t worry, no laws broken, it’s non-alcoholic whisky, custom made for Gujarat which is a dry state!
