The skin tends to suffer a lot during the monsoon season. With humidity levels so high, the skin can't breathe easily, but a few rejuvenating natural therapies can correct the problem.

Try out treatments made of mint, rose oil and other cooling ingredients:

Rice-curd-rose oil scrub: It is a cream-based moisturizing scrub that gently removes dead cells leaving the skin soft. The scrub also helps to remove tan and prevents cell damage by neutralising free radicals.

Mint massage: Made of crushed mint leaves and essential oils, the paste is used to cool the body.

Papaya massage: Our body starts producing excess oil during monsoon. This can be removed by massaging the body with a paste made of papaya, green tea, pineapple and honey. It also gives a natural shine to the body.

Try these treatments to make your skin feel rejuvenated and healthy this monsoon.
