Just a few days ago we saw model and actress Payal Rohatgi walk the red carpet of an awards show dressed in a backless gown, which played peek-a-boo down the front.
The incorrigible Payal did it again in this bizarre outfit at the UTV Walk Of The Stars After Party in Mumbai. As if the yellow top was not enough, Payal decided to wear pink underthings and stockings with it. Let's just forget the shoes.
