Here, she arrives at Macy's in New York in a horse-drawn carriage to launch her first fragrance, Lady Gaga Fame. The flamboyant singer drove up wearing what looked like a giant version of her perfume bottle. Later, she emerged wearing only her lingerie and had a tattoo inked on the back of her head. Phew!
