Traveling around the country, one thing I found everywhere was great street food. These small roadside eateries and carts is where I draw great inspiration from. They might be non descript and even run down but to me they are the real champs. The people that provide meals to millions of hard working Indians everyday, and that too at a price that’s affordable to even the labourer. They even manage to serve you seconds at no extra cost sometimes.

They keep our people fed and happy and so I feel we need to do more to promote them, or assist them in the amazing service that they provide to us as a nation. So the next time your at your favorite street food joint..give him a few world of encouragement, tell them how you love a certain dish they make, it will make a world of difference to them to. You shall be amazed by how happy it makes them.
