hi, I totally agree with you since i started exercising out of thid desire to loose weight but gradually understood that fitness is what that matteres the most. Body doesnt really forgives you and many a times the damage is not completely repairable. As the age progresses flexibility and coordination are the things which we start to lose and that is hard to restore. So it's advisable to invest time and energy on our own body as we do tend live a long life in this age and support of our health is what we need to enjoy it. |
