Hello All...!!
I really liked the dish cooked on last Friday's cooking isn't rocket science, I cannot recall the name perfectly however it sounded similar to 'chicken shaw-toh' (the main ingredients were chicken, mushroom and white wine)
I would like to try it at home... however i seem to have missed one ingredient which was added in the wine along with bay leaves.
I would really appreciate if some one helps me with the name of the ingredient or (if possible) post me the recipe.
