shruti kiran well quite impressed wot milind hs written in his blog fr fitness n more important about body n soul.i m a house wife n a dancer myself ,i get stressed looking aftr my wrk my family i get stressed smtimes then i xercise n walk i really feel calm n connected 2 myself .though i dnt run often but always tk part in 10k run which happens in hyderabad.
u shud c the spirit of the people then .wiud wnt 2 tell all the women even if they r nt running daily just walk u will feel quite gud n calm
