Summer is full of blooms, and colours, and cool ice-creams but it is also full of potential to make you feel dehydrated. Instead of just waiting for your mealtime and having constant supply of water, have these snacks with some of the most hydrating properties!

1. Watermelon Popsicles
The summer favourite watermelon actually doesn't require much introduction or fanfare. Packed with antioxidants and potent water content, this isn't just juicy and yum, but also super useful!

2. Cucumber Sandwich 
As a food, cucumber boasts of the highest water content, which is at almost 97%. Snacking on cool and refreshing cucumber sandwiches is fulfilling, and absolutely hydrating!

3. Grilled Baby Carrots 
Surprisingly baby carrots possess of more water content than full-grown carrots -and they are so delicious! Whether you eat them just slightly grilled or roasted, or have them dry with some hummus -they are perfect for summer snack!

Just a tad better than their red and yellow counterparts -capsicum has the highest water content amongst the bell pepper family. And our choice of snack? Of course some stuffed capsicum!

5. Chili Cauliflower 
The nutritious values in a cauliflower are unparalleled, from being high in water content to fighting cancer -this vegetable is quite the underrated strong staple in our lives. Grill some cauliflower florets with spices and choicest condiments for some chili cauliflower!
