Hi Dr.Shikha,
I am 5 - 6" my weight is 70 Kgs., need to reduce some weight say near about 5-6 Kgs. I am doing my regular yoga for nearly 45 mins a day. Shape is not an issue. But my body weight is falling on my feet therefore finding difficult to walk. Help me to reduce some more weight without not keeping my stomach empty which is difficult for me to do.
