Hello,
I am 25 yrs old married women. My height is 5ft 1". i weigh 49kgs.
i do not have much of physical activity in the whole day. My routine starts with a cup of tea with either 1 khakhra or half bhakris, (in short not heavy Breakfast), then for lunch i have 2 rotis with veg and dal(at times), rice once/twice a week.recently i have started having one fresh juice a day. at around 5.00 again half cup of tea. then dinner at around 9.00 roti n veg. on weekends i go to good restaurants, junk foods, pizzas n everything to the fullest. but i dont think i am having a balanced diet. i get tired very easily. n dont get sleep early in the nights.
my physical activity is also nothing. i travel by car to my workplace. sit 6 hours a day in the same place at the work. n come home do bit of cookin n cleaning ...
i get tired too easily... my stamina is weak...
i have a problem with my body structure ... my lower body is comparatively bigger than the upper body:)..
i am a foodie .. n enjoy eating different cuisine .. but do not wat is healthy n wat not ..
i really want to embibe in me the right food habits.
Hope you can help me with the same.
