 The following asanas are very beneficial for our body as a whole and specially for the good functioning of our heart.
 Sarvangasana: Lie down on your back. Close your eyes and prepare your mind for the asana.
 Open your eyes and slowly raise your legs up to 90 degrees and stay there for a while.
 Slowly raise your buttocks up, take the help of palms. Try to keep the legs as straight as possible. Stay in posture for a few seconds. This asana helps promote blood circulation to the heart.
 Another variation of the Sarvagasana is the Halasana. Lie down on your back. Take your legs up to 90 degrees.
 Now slowly drop them over your head with the support of your palms. Release your hands. Stay in the posture for a few seconds and slowly come back to original position. People who have got a problem with the heart and have weak blood circulation and weak vessels in their eyes, please refrain from doing this posture.
 In order to balance our body we must do some opposite postures. Lie down on your stomach place the palms below the shoulders relax the body.
 Slowly release you head, neck and upper chest up. Make sure the weight of the body is not on your hands, it is on the body. This asana cures all the indigestion problems and pushes off all the toxins and impure blood from the body.
