Snacks-Continental-Non Veg
Ingredients:
10-12 tiger prawns
2 cubes of butter
1 tsp oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 a lemon
1/2 tsp dry red chilli, chopped
1/2 tsp parsley, finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Heat the butter and oil, add the prawns and toss.
Sprinkle the salt & pepper and squeeze the lemon juice over the prawns.
Add the red chillies and parsley.
Mix well and cook for about a minute. Serve hot.
