  CHANDERPAUL'S CALAMARI

Snacks-Continental-Non Veg

Ingredients:
Oil for deep frying
300 gm squid (calamari), cleaned
1 bowl of refined flour (maida)
Salt & pepper for tasting
Lemon wedges for garnishing


Method:
Cut the squid in rings. Season the flour with salt and pepper.

Add the squid to the flour and mix well. Strain to remove the excess flour.

Heat the oil and fry the squid for about 30 secs till golden brown.

Serve hot with some lemon wedges.
