Snacks-Continental-Non Veg
Ingredients:
For each wrap you need:
1 flour wrap or rumali roti
1 tsp mustard, Pommery or Dijon
2-3 baby spinach leaves, blanched
2 pieces of Norwegian salmon, finely sliced
A handful of bell peppers, finely sliced
Method: Layer each ingredient in the wrap or roti. Roll it up and cut in half diagonally.
Serve with a cheese or mayonnaise dip.
