Ingredients:
1 1/2 litres of water
6-7 tbsp of sugar
1/2 a cup lime juice
a handful of mint leaves
Method:
For the sugar syrup, mix the sugar in 1/2 a cup of water and bring to a boil.
Reduce the flame and cook till it reduces to a concentrate. Lightly pound the mint leaves to bring out the aroma.
Put them in a jug and pour in in the sugar syrup. Add the lime juice and water.
Shake well and serve chilled.
