Salads-Continental-Veg
Ingredients:
1 cup of bulgar wheat or cracked wheat (daliya)
4 tbsp onion, finely chopped
3 tsp of parsley, chopped
3 tsp of mint leaves
4 tsp of olive oil
10-12 green olives
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Soak the bulgar wheat for about an hour. Then squeeze and drain all the water out. Put the wheat in a salad bowl.
Add the parsley, onion and mint leaves. Season with salt and pepper and mint leaves.
Add the olive oil and lime juice and mix well. Top with olives and serve cold.
