Ingredients:
2 cups of chick peas
1 tbs chopped garlic
1 tbs coriander
1 tsp of tahini (sesame paste)
3 tsp of lime juice
2 tbs of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
coriander leaves and olive oil
Method:
Soak the chick peas overnight, boil them and drain the water. Blend all the ingredients together into a thick paste.
If required, add some of the drained chickpea water when blending.
Pour in a serving bowl. Garnish and serve with pita bread.
