Snacks-Indian-Non Veg
Ingredients:
For Marinating:
1/2 kg chicken wings
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 an onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
4 tsp of lemon juice
3 tbsp vinegar
For Cooking:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
3 tsp of lime juice
salt to taste
Method:
In a bowl add all the marinating ingredients to the chicken.
Mix well, cover and keep it in the fridge for at least two hours.
Then heat the oil in a pan and sear the chicken for about a minute. Add the lemon juice and honey to glaze the wings.
Mix well, cook for 6-8 mins and serve.
