Snacks-Indian-Veg
Ingredients:
4 boiled potatoes
5 tsp butter
2 tbsp hung curd
2 tbsp cheese spread
2 spring onion greens, finely chopped
hot pepper sauce, to taste
salt and pepper to taste
silver foil
Method:
Sauté the potatoes in a pan with 3 tsp of butter.
Season them with salt and pepper and remove.
Tear the foil in squares and wrap around the bottom of each potato.
Squeeze the potato to create a cavity.
In a bowl, mix 3 tsp of butter, the cheese spread, curd, spring onion greens and hot pepper sauce.
Fill the potatoes with this mixture and serve.
