Shatbhi Basu
Shatbhi Basu, class of 1980, graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, and has been associated with the hotel industry for over 20 years. She is the founder of the STIR Academy of Bartending at the Revival Restaurant in Mumbai, and hers was the first school in the country meant exclusively for bartenders.
