Pampering Oneself
I love getting a massage whenever I can but it doesn't happen that often. I think it's important to take care of yourself. There are different degrees of how you can do it.
I think it's important to take care of yourself whether it's personal hygiene which includes getting your hair cut to start with. And maintaining and making sure your head is clean.
Hygiene is one aspect and then of course there is luxury where you can relax and get massages!

Skin Care
I don't do anything in particular. I just shave.

Fitness Regime
When you try and stay fit, it's not only about being physically fit. It makes you feel emotionally better. Your mood is always nicer.

There are many different things at different times. All people go through phases. From wanting to workout, to swimming, playing volleyball or just running.

I'm not very conscious of what I wear. I just want to be comfortable. So I guess what you see is what you get.

It's not something I do very often.
But when I do, it's a very focussed trip, where I have kind of decided what I want to buy and I go and just get that.
